Customer data is always owned by the customer, and we act solely as a data processor. User data is collected only to the extent necessary to operate and improve our services.

• Customer data is processed only on behalf of the customer as data controller.
• User data is limited to what is needed for login, support, and operations.
• All data collection is carried out in accordance with GDPR and with respect for privacy.

2. Use of Data

Customer data is analyzed only within the framework of the service and never used for our own purposes such as model training, marketing, or sales. User data is used only to provide platform access, operations, security, and support.

• Customer data is owned by the customer and used solely for agreed purposes.
• User data is used for functionality, security, and customer service.
• Personal data is never shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

3. Storage & Security

We store personal data only as long as necessary for each purpose or as required by law. Thereafter, the data is deleted or anonymized in a secure manner.
