VoC Insights processes two types of data: (1) customer data uploaded or connected by our customers to the platform (e.g. reviews, survey responses, feedback) and (2) user data collected when you use the platform (e.g. contact details, login, support requests).
Customer data is always owned by the customer, and we act solely as a data processor. User data is collected only to the extent necessary to operate and improve our services.
Customer data is analyzed only within the framework of the service and never used for our own purposes such as model training, marketing, or sales. User data is used only to provide platform access, operations, security, and support.
We store personal data only as long as necessary for each purpose or as required by law. Thereafter, the data is deleted or anonymized in a secure manner.
